Position Title: Senior Marketing Designer (Arabic Speaking)

Salary: AED 12,000.00 - 18,000

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Designer who is a true specialist in typography, logo development, and brand identity creation, as well as internal catalogs and workshop campaigns. The Senior Marketing Designer should therefore take ownership of brand strategy, identity systems, visual hierarchy, typography standards, and cohesive guideline development to elevate the overall quality of our branding output. The primary focus for this role is to lead branding projects for clients who require full identity development, as well as to oversee and guide the team on external graphic design projects.

Experience

• 5 + years of experience in graphic design or marketing within the creative industry.

• Proven experience managing design teams and creative workflows.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of branding principles and campaign development.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

• Experience in arts, cultural organizations, or consultancy settings is a plus.

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• Language – English and Arabic is required
