Tiger Private is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an international entrepreneur seeking an exceptional Senior PA & Operations Manager to become their trusted right-hand.
Supporting both the Principal's personal and business affairs, this is a highly varied role for a forward-thinking, confident and commercially minded PA who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Alongside traditional Executive and Private PA responsibilities, the successful candidate will also act as Operations Manager for a brand-new music and events company launching in Autumn 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to combine high-level executive support with hands-on operational leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Executive and private PA support to an international entrepreneur
- Complex diary management and international travel coordination
- Liaising with accountants, lawyers, banks and professional advisers
- Banking, financial administration and tax coordination
- Managing medical appointments and confidential personal affairs
- Overseeing multiple international properties and household operations
- Managing contractors, suppliers and property managers
- Attending leadership, team and external meetings
- Preparing agendas, recording actions and monitoring delivery
- Managing operational workflows and business administration
- Supporting the Founder with planning, execution and day-to-day operations
- Acting as the key liaison across the Principal's personal and professional network
- Supporting the launch and day-to-day operations of an exciting music and events company
- Coordinating projects, meetings, stakeholders and business operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10 - 15 years’ experience supporting a UHNW Principal, Founder or Entrepreneur
- Strong Executive Assistant and Operations Management experience
- Background in the music or events industry would be highly advantageous
- Forward-thinking, commercially minded and highly organised
- Calm under pressure with exceptional communication skills
- Able to manage highly confidential matters with absolute discretion
- Knowledge of Ibiza or Spanish property management would be advantageous
- Spanish or French language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential
Location: Predominantly remote, with occasional travel across Europe and periodic meetings with the Principal in London.
