Tiger Private is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an international entrepreneur seeking an exceptional Senior PA & Operations Manager to become their trusted right-hand.

Supporting both the Principal's personal and business affairs, this is a highly varied role for a forward-thinking, confident and commercially minded PA who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Alongside traditional Executive and Private PA responsibilities, the successful candidate will also act as Operations Manager for a brand-new music and events company launching in Autumn 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to combine high-level executive support with hands-on operational leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive and private PA support to an international entrepreneur
  • Complex diary management and international travel coordination
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers, banks and professional advisers
  • Banking, financial administration and tax coordination
  • Managing medical appointments and confidential personal affairs
  • Overseeing multiple international properties and household operations
  • Managing contractors, suppliers and property managers
  • Attending leadership, team and external meetings
  • Preparing agendas, recording actions and monitoring delivery
  • Managing operational workflows and business administration
  • Supporting the Founder with planning, execution and day-to-day operations
  • Acting as the key liaison across the Principal's personal and professional network
  • Supporting the launch and day-to-day operations of an exciting music and events company
  • Coordinating projects, meetings, stakeholders and business operations

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10 - 15 years’ experience supporting a UHNW Principal, Founder or Entrepreneur
  • Strong Executive Assistant and Operations Management experience
  • Background in the music or events industry would be highly advantageous
  • Forward-thinking, commercially minded and highly organised
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional communication skills
  • Able to manage highly confidential matters with absolute discretion
  • Knowledge of Ibiza or Spanish property management would be advantageous
  • Spanish or French language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential

Location: Predominantly remote, with occasional travel across Europe and periodic meetings with the Principal in London.
