Senior Private PA
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Senior Private PA to provide dedicated support to an UHNW family across all aspects of their private lives.
This is a highly involved and varied position offering exposure to an impressive portfolio of high-end properties and international interests. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand and key point of contact for the Principals, taking ownership of matters and ensuring their private lives and properties are managed to the highest standard.
This is a five-day, fully in-person role based in SW1, with no hybrid working. A genuine 24/7 mindset is essential, alongside complete flexibility and the ability to travel internationally at short notice.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the key point of contact and gateway to the Principals across all personal and private matters
- Providing comprehensive day-to-day Private PA and lifestyle support
- Managing complex diaries, appointments, personal commitments and changing priorities
- Coordinating international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Travelling internationally with the Principals when required, sometimes at short notice
- Assisting with the recruitment and management of domestic and personal staff
- Working closely with colleagues supporting the Principals’ business interests to ensure a seamless approach
- Assisting with the management of an extensive portfolio of high-end properties
- Supporting renovation, refurbishment and other property projects
- Liaising with and overseeing contractors, consultants, designers and other professionals
- Resolving property and operational issues independently while keeping the Principals appropriately informed
- Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and seeing matters through to completion
- Anticipating requirements and proactively finding solutions
- Handling highly confidential personal and family matters with absolute discretion
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities expected of a top-level Senior Private PA
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience supporting UHNW Principals, families or private households at the highest level
- Highly intelligent, switched-on and resourceful, with excellent judgement
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done
- Strong experience coordinating properties, household staff, contractors and external professionals
- Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling highly sensitive information
- Calm, resilient and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Completely flexible and comfortable with the demands of private service
- A genuine 24/7 mindset and availability outside standard hours when required
- Fully available for international travel, including at short notice
- Looking for a long-term position and committed to becoming an integral part of the Principals’ private support structure

Salary: From £80,000 +, negotiable for the right candidate
