This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end hiring process and partnering closely with business leaders to attract high-calibre talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering recruitment across a range of specialist and leadership-level positions.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality talent through a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to stakeholders
  • Drive recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant
  • Experience having worked as a Manager or Senior Manager
  • Experience within the data centre industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
