Tiger Recruitment is hiring an experienced agency Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing New York desk, recruiting across the US market from London or New York. This role is ideal for a proven biller looking for bigger fees, international exposure, and a platform to scale within a market-leading brand.

As Head of the New York desk, I’m building a tight-knit, collaborative, and ambitious team in growth mode. We’re looking for someone hungry to bill at a high level, motivated by strong financial rewards, and excited by the pace and opportunity of the US market.

The Opportunity

This is a senior 360 role with real autonomy. You will:

1. Own and grow a US market desk from London/New York
2. Build and deepen long-term client relationships across the United States
3. Deliver high-value placements and consistent billings
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with pace and confidence
5. Work flexibly to align with US time zones
