Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Marketing Director
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary:AED 15,000

Role Overview
Fantastic opportunity to work with a fast growing, fun, F & B brand. The Social Media Manager owns the brand’s social presence end-to-end, from strategy through to execution. This role is responsible for building a high-performing content ecosystem across platforms, driving engagement, and continuously optimising performance.

You will work closely with a Visual Content Producer to bring ideas to life, ensuring all content is strategically aligned, platform-optimised, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Define content pillars, formats, channel roles, and posting cadence
  • Plan monthly and weekly content calendars across campaigns, launches, and always-on content
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Content & Execution

  • Conceptualise social-first content ideas, formats, and recurring series
  • Brief and collaborate with the Visual Content Producer on creative direction and delivery
  • Ensure content is optimised per platform (format, captions, hooks, timing, hashtags)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content using a smartphone when required
  • Manage publishing across all channels

Community Management

  • Manage engagement across all platforms (comments, DMs, mentions)
  • Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone of voice
  • Monitor sentiment and escalate issues where needed
  • Drive interaction and community growth

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships
  • Identify and onboard relevant creators aligned with the brand
  • Manage outreach, briefing, and content alignment
  • Track performance and optimise future collaborations

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor and analyse performance across all channels
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, watch-time, and growth
  • Continuously test and optimise content formats, hooks, and posting strategies
  • Deliver regular reports with clear insights and recommendations

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and operations teams
  • Maintain structured workflows, calendars, and content planning systems
  • Identify and repurpose top-performing content

Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media management
  • Proven track record managing and growing social channels
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content performance
  • Experience managing influencers and creators
  • Analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
