About the Role:

As a Junior Solutions Design Engineer, you'll work closely with senior team members and other departments to support the design and planning of intralogistics systems. Your main focus will be on data analysis, solution layout design, and technical documentation. You'll also get the chance to interact with clients and contribute to the overall success of exciting automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Data & Process Analysis:
  Assist in analyzing customer data and logistics processes to identify key trends and opportunities.

• Material Flow & Layout Design:
  Help create material flow diagrams and assist in defining the size and layout of various system components.

• Developing Concepts:
  Work alongside experienced engineers to help build and refine solution concepts for clients.

• CAD & Visualization Tools:
  Use design tools like AutoCAD or Revit to help produce system layouts and visual presentations.

• Budgeting Support:
  Contribute to cost estimates and budgeting efforts with guidance from senior team members.

• Documentation:
  Help prepare design documents, technical presentations, and proposals for customer projects.

• Collaborative Teamwork:
  Work with software, controls, and project teams to support the integration of solutions.

• Learning & Development:
  Take part in internal reviews, design discussions, and tool development to build your knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Systems Engineering, or Logistics.

• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or design-related roles is preferred (internships or university projects welcome).

• Skills:

  • Basic experience with AutoCAD or Revit (or similar design tools)

  • Interest in data analysis and technical design

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a technical environment

  • Fluent in English
