Supply Chain Administrator
Salary: £17ph – £18ph DOE
London: Central London
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Set up: 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Contract: 3-month temp (potential to extend / TTP)

Tiger are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Administrator. This is a hands-on role focused on order processing, data management, and day-to-day coordination across multiple clients.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and routine operational tasks, while supporting the wider team to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience looking to build on their skills in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries
  • Track orders, deliveries
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems
  •  Assist with invoicing processes
  •  Flag discrepancies or missing information to the wider team
  •  Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders as required

Who you are

  • 1+ year experience in a similar administrative or supply chain role
  •  Strong Excel skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  •  Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
