Talent Acquisition Assistant

  • Competitive salary on offer - up to £45k
  • 6-month FTC, immediate start with potential to extend or turn permanent

Are you an exceptionally organised individual with a passion for HR and looking to pursue a career in Talent/HR? This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious and highly successful office, working directly with the Chairman and Chief of Staff as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing business, contributing to successful hiring across their business and portfolio companies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Posting job advertisements
  • Screening potential candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and calendar management for Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff on special recruitment projects 
  • Market research and pulling together reports, salary benchmarking etc
  • Looking into AI research & analytics

What we're looking for:

  • A Master's degree or MBA (particularly within Human Resources or Business Psychology) would be hugely advantageous - or, a Bachelor's Degree + CIPD qualifications
  • A proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability
