Our client is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a collaborative team, working closely to provide support to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is an coordination role, focused on delivering a seamless hiring journey from interview scheduling through to onboarding, in addition to working in tandem with the Head of TA across all areas of their role to provide support, with an emphasis on scheduling. You’ll be responsible for keeping recruitment activity running smoothly, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing recruitment administration and ensuring every candidate receives an exceptional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, strong communication skills to face off to senior stakeholders, and who can deliver work to the highest quality, working with precision and speed in an often hectic environment. Experience within a financial services is essential. Hybrid working available 2:3.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage complex diaries and schedules, ensuring hiring activity runs efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a professional and positive experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partners to keep recruitment campaigns on track.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and support recruitment reporting and administration.
- Coordinate offer documentation, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities in partnership with the wider People team.
- Support onboarding plans to ensure new employees have a smooth and well-organised start.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, support teams and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination and administrative processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with internal processes.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a TA, coordination or administrative role such within financial services is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a busy, changing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating potential issues before they arise.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Experience using HR or Applicant Tracking Systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A good understanding of recruitment and HR processes, although previous recruitment experience is not required.
- Experience working within a professional, fast-paced or regulated environment would be advantageous.
