Talent Development Lead – Full Time
Location: The City, London
Salary: £60-70k FTE
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm, 5 days a week (3 office, 2 home)
I am partnering with a globally recognised specialist talent solutions firm, who are seeking an engaging, commercially minded, and passionate Talent Development Lead to join their People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering training programmes across the business, supporting the development of consultants at all levels.

What you'll do:
- Lead the coordination and delivery of training programmes across the business
- Design and facilitate engaging learning sessions covering sales, search methodologies, soft skills, and technical training
- Create and develop training materials tailored to different learning styles and levels of experience
- Manage learning calendars, training schedules, communications, and participant engagement
- Provide one-to-one desk-based coaching and support to employees
- Mentor and develop early-career professionals, helping them achieve their learning and career objectives
- Deliver constructive feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning initiatives and mentoring programmes
- Monitor learning outcomes and produce reports on participation and programme effectiveness
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and recommend learning solutions
- Design tailored development plans aligned to business needs and individual career goals using the 70-20-10 model
Who you are:
- 5+ years experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Coaching
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the confidence to engage diverse audiences
- Experienced in creating effective and engaging training materials
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work collaboratively across different teams
- Passionate about developing people and supporting career growth
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities
- Comfortable analysing training outcomes and using feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Experience within executive search, recruitment, professional services, or a sales-driven environment would be highly advantageous
