Job Description

Location: Farringdon | 4 days per week in-office
Start date: Immediate start - Monday
Duration: 2-month temporary contract
Rate: £16–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to join the team immediately on a temporary basis.

This is a varied, hands-on operational support role at the centre of the business, supporting the team across recruitment coordination, onboarding, systems management, office operations, finance administration, and team coordination.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and monitor the inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Support onboarding processes for new joiners, including documentation, systems setup, and induction coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within BambooHR and other internal systems
  • Keep resourcing and capacity trackers updated and reliable
  • Coordinate IT and asset management, including equipment setup, returns, and access management
  • Maintain high-quality documentation across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Support team logistics including meetings, onboarding sessions, office activities, and team days
  • Provide finance and bookkeeping support, including chasing invoices, reconciling transactions in Xero, credit card reconciliations, invoice processing, and supporting supplier payment runs
  • Coordinate travel bookings and related administration for the wider team
  • Support day-to-day office management, supplier coordination, and maintaining shared spaces

  • Experienced in administration, operations, PMO, or coordination roles
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Comfortable working with HR systems such as BambooHR or similar platforms
  • Experience using Xero for reconciliations, invoice chasing, and light bookkeeping tasks
  • Experienced producing high-quality documents and maintaining organised systems
