What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of international calls, meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate complex global travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics and conference attendance
  • Assist with diary management and scheduling across the team
  • Process expenses, collate receipts and prepare expense reports
  • Raise and process invoices as required
  • Support with the organisation of conferences, away days, team events and office socials
  • Manage the day-to-day running and presentation of the office
  • Prepare and clear meeting rooms and assist with general meeting logistics
  • Build strong relationships across the team and wider office, anticipating needs and providing support wherever required

Who You Are

  • Proactive, positive and happy to get involved across a broad range of tasks
  • Italian speaking skills would be advantageous
  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, Team Assistant or similar in a busy environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable personality
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Discreet, professional and trustworthy
  • Eager to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
