A dynamic and well-regarded executive search firm based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant with Junior Office Management responsibilities to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support a busy team of consultants while gaining exposure to the operational side of a fast-paced, client-facing business.

What you’ll do

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide team support while assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for consultants
• Supporting with scheduling client and candidate interviews
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required
• Managing reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring a professional meet and greet experience
• Assisting with front of house duties, including preparing meeting rooms and welcoming clients and candidates
• Helping to ensure the office runs smoothly, including supplies, meeting rooms, and general coordination
• Assisting with team events and internal coordination
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Who you are

You’ll be a proactive, organised, and personable individual who enjoys supporting a busy team and being involved in the day-to-day running of an office. You take pride in your ability to stay organised, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional and positive approach.

• Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, office support, or front of house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Professional, approachable, and reliable with strong attention to detail

If you’re looking to develop your career within a well-established executive search firm and take on a varied role combining team support and junior office management responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
