A leading private equity firm based in London's West End is seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to join them on a temporary basis from the beginning of August. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing investment team in a fast-paced, professional environment where no two days are the same.

Supporting a team of Investors and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of both executive support and office operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, discreet, and thrive under pressure.

Starts beginning of August until September (must commit to the full assignment). Paying £20/hour

What you'll do:

  • Provide complex diary management for Investors and Partners, coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones.
  • Arrange end-to-end domestic and international travel, managing last-minute changes and evolving schedules.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare documentation to support live transactions, handling highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Organise board meetings, internal off-sites and client engagement events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplier relationships, contract administration and front-of-house coordination.
  • Provide seamless cover for Executive Assistant and Reception responsibilities as required, ensuring business continuity during busy periods.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and maintain exceptional service levels in a fast-paced private equity environment.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives within private equity, investment management, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Outstanding diary management and international travel coordination experience.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • Professional, polished and highly discreet when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant or Executive Assistant looking to join a prestigious private equity firm on a temporary basis, working alongside an impressive team in beautiful West End offices.
