About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Team Assistant to support a busy office within a global professional services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative and coordination support to a team of consultants and researchers. This is a dynamic and varied position requiring strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Project Support

Provide general administrative and coordination support to consultants and associates.

Assist with project documentation, reports, and formatting of presentations and proposals.

Maintain accurate records and update databases and CRM systems.

Track deadlines and support with project logistics and scheduling where required.
Office Coordination

Serve as a central point of contact for office operations, liaising with facilities, IT, and suppliers to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage meeting room bookings, visitor coordination, and general office upkeep.

Assist with onboarding logistics for new joiners, including workspace setup and coordination with HR and IT.

Oversee stationery, supplies, and office inventory management.

Support the organization of internal events, training sessions, and team activities.
Administrative Support

Handle correspondence, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.

Process invoices and expense reports in coordination with the finance team.

Coordinate courier deliveries, mail distribution, and travel bookings as needed.

Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider office when required.
Skills & Experience Required

3–5 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and working within a team-oriented environment.
