Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Assistant/Associate Consultant to join our team here at Tiger Recruitment. It’s a great opportunity for someone confident, hardworking and positive. No two days are the same and you are challenged daily. 

This rewarding role will see you working closely with our Managing Director and  recruitment consultants in our Temporary division in our West End office. 

We are initially looking for someone to start as Team Assistant, but would ideally be looking for someone to move into an Associate Consultant role down the line - there are amazing progression opportunities here and we would love someone to take full advantage of that. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to general enquires on behalf of the MD
  • Inbox management
  • Updating the CRM with candidate and client information
  • Communication with candidates and clients via phone and email
  • Assisting in compiling reports
  • Scheduling candidate and client meetings
  • Assisting with the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, writing shortlists, taking feedback etc,)
  • Ad hoc assistance with general support requirements
  • Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the wider team
  • Updating and formatting CVs in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks requested by consultants
