Team Executive Assistant
Job Description
A global private equity firm is looking for a hardworking, bright and dynamic Team EA to support one of their teams. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 9 months. The role is based in Mayfair, working in the office 4 days a week and one day working from home. They are looking for an immediate start.
This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining clear communication and consistent organisational skills. This would be suitable for a candidate with previous experience within the financial services sector.

Salary: £55,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Hybrid: Office based Monday-Thursday, Friday WFH
What You’ll Do:
- Diary management and coordinating meeting invites
- Travel organisation across Europe, including roadshows
- Taking briefing calls with portfolio companies and scheduling with the team
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of events and meetings across Europe (drinks, lunches, dinners etc.)
- Updating the CRM (DealCloud)
- Assist with conference and events planning
Who You Are:
- Clear and confident communication with internal and external parties
- Professional, polished and articulate individual
- 3-5 years’ experience within the financial sector
- Strong demonstration of initiative
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive multitasking abilities alongside excellent time management
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Confident using a CRM (ideally DealCloud)
