Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team PA / Business Administrator to join a global energy trading and investment company based in the City of London. This is a varied temporary role supporting a collaborative international office and working closely with teams across London, Singapore and the wider global business.

The Role
This is a varied Team PA and business support role where you'll help keep the London office running smoothly while providing administrative support across multiple teams and departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end expense process, including reviewing claims, coordinating approvals and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting HR with employee engagement initiatives and organising team social events.
- Preparing documents, maintaining records and providing day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and general team support where required.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support across different departments and projects.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys working in a busy office environment.
You'll have:
- Previous Team PA, administration, business support or office coordination experience working for a global firm
- Ideally experience working within energy trading, financial services or another global corporate environment, with an understanding of working in a global firm.
- Collaborative, confident, able to build a rapport easily
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A reliable, flexible and professional approach
