We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Team PA & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Asset Management business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy team while taking ownership of the coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing events, whilst also providing support to a busy team, supporting across varying levels.

 

The successful assistant will be a confident relationship builder with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment and enjoy being at the heart of a collaborative team.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Provide proactive diary management for senior team members across the business
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and catering.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations and documentation.
  • Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • Support with the planning and delivery of a variety of client events, conferences, seminars and internal meetings.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and external partners.
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendee communications.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, AV requirements and guest lists.
  • Support event budgets and ensure all activities are delivered efficiently.
  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback.

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Previous experience supporting a team within financial or professional services – front office environments preferred
  • Experience organising events from planning through to delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
