An international leader in building solutions is seeking a Technical Manager to join their Middle East team. The Technical Manager will deliver expert technical support across Public Health, Mechanical, and HVAC applications, enhancing the customer experience, supporting sales, and driving revenue growth. The role includes training, project support, and contributing to product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and support for customers, contractors, and distributors.

• Train employees and customers on MEP solutions, installation, and best practices.

• Support strategic growth by identifying opportunities to increase product mix and revenue.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including AutoCAD details, method statements, and approvals.

• Contribute to marketing and product development initiatives.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, customer meetings, and occasional regional travel.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety practices and support onboarding of new team members.

Candidate Profile

• Strong technical knowledge in Building Solutions, MEP systems, and HVAC.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical documentation.

• Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with company values.

• Must have a valid UAE Driving License
