Job Description

This is a client-facing role focused on managing platform implementations, supporting client operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day system usage. You will work with multiple clients, navigate real-time operational challenges, and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and oversee platform implementation.
  • Coordinate onboarding timelines to ensure successful system setup.
  • Deliver training sessions and guide clients on platform workflows.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact, resolving day-to-day client queries.
  • Monitor platform usage and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and workflows simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
  • Conduct client visits for onboarding, training, and operational reviews when needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in implementation, operations, customer success, or other client-facing roles within a technology company.
  • Prior experience with SaaS, fintech, or technology products is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High ownership and responsiveness in managing operational issues.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Based in the UAE, with willingness to travel to client sites as required.
