Job Description

This is a client-facing role focused on managing platform implementations, supporting client operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day system usage. You will work with multiple clients, navigate real-time operational challenges, and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and oversee platform implementation.
- Coordinate onboarding timelines to ensure successful system setup.
- Deliver training sessions and guide clients on platform workflows.
- Serve as the primary operational contact, resolving day-to-day client queries.
- Monitor platform usage and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Manage multiple client accounts and workflows simultaneously.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
- Conduct client visits for onboarding, training, and operational reviews when needed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in implementation, operations, customer success, or other client-facing roles within a technology company.
- Prior experience with SaaS, fintech, or technology products is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High ownership and responsiveness in managing operational issues.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Based in the UAE, with willingness to travel to client sites as required.
