Personal Assistant £16 per hour + holiday pay
Mid-February start - ongoing temp
Full-time, remote (UK-based preferred; Europe considered if working UK hours)
9am–6pm UK time
An internationally respected humanitarian campaigner is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide full-time support during a transition period. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of high-impact global work on climate, inequality, and sustainable development, alongside senior leaders across governments, philanthropy, and civil society.
Key responsibilities

Manage inbox, prioritise communications, and ensure timely follow-ups

Own day-to-day calendar management and coordinate meetings across time zones

Prepare and circulate meeting logistics

Book and manage domestic and international travel

Support event, expense, and general administrative coordination

Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & experience

Proven experience in managig diaries and arranging global travel

Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

Calm and responsive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Tech-savvy with strong written and spoken English

High levels of discretion and sound judgment

Interest in humanitarian, social impact, or mission-driven work strongly preferred
