We are looking for a capable and discreet individual to take charge of a UHNW clients wardrobe and personal presentation across several homes and frequent trips abroad. This is a genuinely varied position for someone who thrives on precision and doesn't mind a packed travel calendar.

The successful applicant will primarily be based at a residence in Knightsbridge, with regular movement to a property in Surrey and further afield to destinations such as Los Angeles, Barbados, Switzerland, and time spent aboard a private yacht in the Mediterranean.

This is a genuinely hands-on position. You'll need sharp organisational instincts, a real eye for detail, and the ability to slot smoothly into an already well-run household with other staff around you. Ideally, you'll already have worked in a similar private setting and know your way around managing a gentleman's clothing, luggage and travel prep without needing much direction.

What the role involves:

Looking after the Principal's wardrobe day to day, no matter which property he's at. Packing and unpacking for trips abroad, often at short notice. Keeping wardrobes seasonally appropriate and travel-ready year-round. Sorting dry cleaning, tailoring appointments, shoe care and anything else garments need. Keeping luggage, accessories and personal items properly organised. Occasionally travelling ahead of the Principal to get a residence or wardrobe ready before he arrives. Pitching in with general valet tasks whenever he's travelling or at home. Keeping track of everything from formalwear to casual pieces to travel essentials. Making sure everything is always presented to a high standard. Working alongside chauffeurs, security, household staff and outside suppliers as needed. Helping things run smoothly as the household moves between London, Surrey and abroad. And, above all, keeping everything you see and hear strictly confidential.

What we're looking for:

Someone who's done this kind of work before, ideally as a Valet or Travelling Valet within a similarly private setting. A solid understanding of how to care for high-quality garments and fabrics. Genuinely organised, with an eye for the small stuff. Level-headed, adaptable and someone who gets on with things without waiting to be asked. Happy to travel often, and at short notice. Comfortable working solo or as part of a bigger team. Well presented, well spoken, and easy to communicate with. Full right to work in the UK. Fluent English.
