Turkish Speaking Sales & Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate sales staff within a demanding real estate environment
• Design and deliver engaging, high-energy sales training workshops
• Inspire teams through strong communication, presence, and leadership
• Maintain high standards of performance in line with ambitious business targets
• Act as a role model for professionalism, enthusiasm, and results-driven sales behaviour
• Maintain market knowledge and competitor activity insights to ensure the training sessions are highly informative and utilise the latest training delivery techniques

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish language skills (reading, writing and spoken) are essential, alongside strong English communication.
• Proven experience in sales and/or account management
• Confident public speaker with the ability to hold an audience and influence others
• Outgoing, engaging, and upbeat personality
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure
• Passionate about sales training, team engagement, and continuous improvement
