Our client is a leading fit-out contractor in the UAE, delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Committed to excellence, safety, and innovation, the company seeks dedicated individuals to join their dynamic site teams.
They are looking for a UAE National to join the team as a Site Admin Assistant. This role is ideal for a high school graduate or fresh graduate who is eager to start a career in construction and fit-out project administration. The candidate will be based at the site office in Abu Dhabi Industrial Area and support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for ongoing fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site office administration, including filing, document management, and correspondence.

Maintain daily records of site activities, attendance, and manpower deployment.

Support project teams with basic reporting and progress tracking.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for deliveries and site requirements.

Help manage site logistics, materials, and equipment records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and site HSE requirements.

Provide general support to the Project Manager and site staff as needed.
Requirements:

UAE National with family book.

High school graduate or fresh graduate.

Willingness to work on-site in the Abu Dhabi Industrial Area.

Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and follow instructions.
