Our client, a leading multinational organization based in Dubai, is seeking a high-potential Finance Graduate (UAE National) to join its Finance team. This role is designed to provide structured exposure to core finance functions within a global business environment, offering strong learning, mentorship, and long-term career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily finance and accounting operations in line with global standards

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and forecasts

• Support accounts payable and receivable activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Support internal and external audit requirements

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and regionally

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

• Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience

• Strong academic foundation in finance and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multinational environment
